Look carefully for specific instructions
1.) Find the youtube video you want
2.) Under the video's description, there should be an Embed code, which you can customize by clicking on the little shape next to it. Some video have disabled embedding, which is not something you can get around.
3.) Copy the code.
4.) Paste it to desired section
5.) Change all the 425's to 150 and all the 344's to 25.
**** If you want it to start automatically add &autoplay=1 to the end of BOTH of the embed url's.
So for example if you have an embed with the url "http://www.youtube.com/v/dMH0bHeiRNg&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0" you would add &autoplay=1 to the end of it, making it look like this: "http://www.youtube.com/v/dMH0bHeiRNg&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0&autoplay=1"
Now, make sure you do this to BOTH of the URL's appearing the embed code.
